Who is responsible for your information
Sean Reynolds, trading as SR Installations (Electricals), is the controller for information you provide through this website’s enquiry forms. The contact address is Chariot Road, Wootton Fields, Northampton, NN4 6JP. You can contact Sean at sales@srinstallationselec.com or on 07747 562927 about your information and this policy.
What the forms collect
A quote request collects your name, phone number and postcode, customer type and the service requested. You may also provide an email address and message. A callback request collects your name, phone number, preferred callback period and any optional note. The type of request, date and page from which it was sent are recorded to help handle the enquiry. Do not include sensitive information that is not needed to explain the work.
Why the information is used
The information is used to respond to your request, discuss electrical work, prepare an appropriate quote and arrange communication. Where you ask for a quote or service, processing may be necessary to take steps at your request before entering a contract. Managing enquiries and maintaining appropriate business records may also rely on legitimate interests. Any separate use requiring consent should be explained and consent obtained where needed. Sending a website enquiry does not subscribe you to marketing.
Storage and delivery services
The website uses Lovable Cloud to store enquiry details and FormSubmit to send an email notification to sales@srinstallationselec.com. Those providers process information to support the request. Their processing arrangements and any international transfers should be considered under the relevant data protection safeguards. Tradify is not connected to these forms at present; no enquiry is forwarded to it by the disabled integration hook. If that arrangement changes, this policy should be updated to describe the service actually in use.
Retention and access
Enquiry information should be kept only for as long as needed to handle the request and meet relevant business or legal obligations. The period depends on whether the enquiry becomes electrical work and what records need to be retained; no unconfirmed fixed retention schedule is asserted here. Website visitors cannot browse saved enquiries through the forms. Sean should review stored information and remove it when it is no longer required.
Your rights and questions
UK data protection law gives you rights that can include access, correction, erasure, restriction, objection and portability, depending on the circumstances and lawful basis. Contact Sean to make a request or raise a concern. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk. A request may require confirmation of your identity, and some information may need to be retained where a legal obligation applies.
Other links and changes
Telephone, email, WhatsApp and social links may take you to services with their own privacy arrangements. The policy covers this website’s enquiry handling rather than every external service. No advertising or analytics tracking has been added to this site. If new services, tracking or a lead-management integration are introduced, the policy and any necessary visitor choices should be reviewed. Last reviewed: 10 October 2026.
